Onesta gives out an extra bonus to encourage and contribute to the economic well-being of its employees

Last March, Onesta distributed an extraordinary bonus to contribute to the well-being of its employees. This measure is a recognition of the efforts of its human team, as well as an extra incentive for the year 2023.

At Onesta, we work under a Human Resources policy that puts people at the centre of everything, based on the firm belief that employee satisfaction is transferred to the company’s results through their commitment. An example of this is the compensation model, aimed at promoting adequate and efficient performance that helps to generate a working environment that fosters personal development and the generation of value.

The bonus of 600 euros was paid in March to all company employees, without exception, and is in addition to other measures such as variable remuneration, flexible working hours and teleworking, with which Onesta seeks not only to maintain competitive conditions with respect to companies in the sector, but also to contribute to the economic well-being and family reconciliation of employees.

On this initiative, Pedro Anguita, HR director, comments: “In the first quarter of 2023 we continue to work on the development of our expansion plan, with new challenges and opportunities, and this leads us to continue to materialise our HR policy. With this decision, we hope to make the closeness and commitment we have with our employees even more tangible”.

Convened and organised by AITIM, ASA, and Onesta, the AMAD Architecture in Wood Awards are aimed, as in previous calls, at projects of new construction, rehabilitation, or interior design that have been completed in 2023.
Last Monday, 9th October, the Onesta Bioproducts for Construction Chair was introduced at the University of Cordoba's Rector's office, marking Spain's inaugural chair on this subject.
This transaction, strategic for Onesta, strengthens its presence in the sector, placing it in a leading position in the management of wood construction projects, from their design to their on-site execution.
