Onesta participates in the Management Development Programme promoted in Cordoba by Fundecor and IMDEEC
Within the framework of Onesta’s continuous training policy, the management team has participated in the Management Development Programme promoted and certified by the University of Cordoba together with the University Foundation for the Development of the Province of Cordoba (Fundecor) and the Municipal Institute for Economic Development and Employment of Cordoba (IMDEEC).
This 30-hour, classroom-based programme is aimed at training executives and middle managers and focuses on three key and cross-cutting themes: Soft Skills, Balanced Scorecard and Innovation in the Company.
At Onesta we value these initiatives very highly, as they help the business fabric become more competitive on the market. In a context such as the current one, in which we are in a constant process of adapting to change and the environment is increasingly competitive, it is essential for teams to develop skills focused not only on decision-making in uncertain environments, but also on team management and process optimisation..
